Representative Miccozzie will host his annual senior expo this Monday, September 27,2010 from 9am to 1pm at Drexelbrook Center in Drexel Hill. This free event provides information for seniors and adult children trying to help their aging loved ones. Representatives from county organizations such as COSA, the County Office Services for the Aging, the Library System, Senior Victims Unit and Veterans Administration will be on hand to offer information to attendees. Other companies including in-home care providers such as Comfort Keepers will be present to offer information about services as well.
The event is annual and is usually very well attended. I encourage everyone to come out and get free information and ask questions of the representatives on hand. It is a chance to see several representatives at once instead of having to go to each office.
