If you haven't heard, the annual Senior Games are going on this week. Today was bowling competition at Sproul Lanes and coming up soon is the shuffleboard at White Horse Village. White Horse Village has been a supporter of the games for several years now.
If you have never been to the senior games you would quite surprised to learn how many of the athletes are over 80!. Yes 80. There are many participants who are in great shape and excel in their sport regardless of their age.
Remember the old adage, you are only as old as you feel. Good luck to all our senior athletes this week.
