For those of you who may not know, the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce is celebrating its 125th Anniversary this year. What an amazing part of history when you think about it. The Chamber of Commerce started sometime around 1886! How about that?
Chester and its suburbs has such an amazing history and to think the business people got together and formed a chamber of commerce to help local business in the late 1886 is amazing. I hope the Chamber will provide us with a history of how it started, some of its early leaders and any interesting facts that made the chamber the thriving business supporting organization it is today.
