seminar where speaker David P. Shallcross, a Community Liaison for the Office
of the Attorney General, will make citizens aware of the kinds of scams used by
con artists in a number of areas including home improvement rip-offs, foreign
lottery schemes, telemarketing fraud, and sweepstake scams.
